Рассматривается одна из важных задач преподавателя при обучении иностранных студентов медицинского профиля – знание медицинских терминов и лексики для усовершенствования коммуникативной компетенции студента. Предлагается решение коммуникативных проблем при обучении студентов. В статье представлены следующие педагогические рекомендации профессиональной подготовки студентов-медиков в процессе изучения русского языка как иностранного: использование в речи терминов-метафор. Для наилучшего использования и запоминания медицинской лексики также предлагаются разные формы для их запоминания. Подробно описывается использование игрового метода и его эффективное влияние на усвоение лексики и сам процесс обучения. ... : The article is dedicated to the problem of professionally oriented teaching of Russian as a foreign language in medical educational institutions. The article considers one of the important tasks of a teacher when teaching foreign medical students – to develop knowledge of medical terms and vocabulary to improve the communicative competence of a student. The article presents the following pedagogical recommendations for professional training of medical students in the process of learning Russian as a foreign language: using term metaphors in speech. For the best use and memorization of medical vocabulary different forms for their memorization are also offered. The use of game method and its effective influence on lexicon memorization and on the learning process itself is described in detail. ...
